MEMORIES

INSPIRED BY THIS FRIEND AND MY WALK THROUGH THE GREENS OF TOLLY....

We walked down the rain soaked road,
We walked down the road of dreams,
When the world was swooning,
All we wanted was the tune of silence.

Now these are only memories,
Memories tucked in the heart.

We have stared at the sun shining on the grass,
We have tucked our faces in the dew soaked leaves,
We have flown over the sky scrapers,
And spoken to the sky.

She went away far,
She forgot me,
Life took her away from me,
For ever.

She never remembered me,
She never returned,
The only one who returns is sorrow filled tears,
And those pictures of the two of us.

Of late i am having a really hard time balancing my emotions with all the other activities of life...but all I have to say to this friend is thanks for being there when I needed you the most...those were the days my friend!!!
